java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://kubernetes.default.svc.cluster.local/api/v1/namespaces/default/endpoints/cassandra
        at sun.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection.getInputStream(HttpURLConnection.java:1627) ~[na:1.7.0_79]
