How to use a certificate with passphrase in Apache httpd running on Windows?
Issue
When setting a certificate with a passphrase, the server does not start.
[error] Init: SSLPassPhraseDialog builtin is not supported on Win32 (key file C:/lab/jboss-ews-2.0/etc/ssl/private/private.pem)
