Spring start up spends excessive time in dependency resolution

Issue

• We're trying to migrate our spring application to EAP 6, but its deployment stalls and appears to be spending excessive amounts of time in dependency resolution:

• Getting TimeoutException like below while deploying spring application in JBoss EAP 6.4 and in application I am trying to use Spring TaskExecutor.
