ManagedServiceFactory does not expose OSGi Services after Server restart

Issue

After a server restart all OSGi Services which should be exposed by the ManagedServiceFactory are not exposed anymore. Starting the server with "fuse clean" and reinstalling the bundles will expose the services again.

It seems there is an Issue with the version of the Felix Configuration Admin which is deployed in Jboss Fuse 6.2.0. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4855
