Issue

The following error is presented in RHEV Manager (web interface) when trying to start a Virtual Machine:

Error while executing action:
    Cannot run VM. VM is being migrated.

Customer cannot start some Virtual Machines due to them supposedly being migrated.
This migration never finishes, no matter how long the customer waits.
