Modifying STRICT_MONITORING parameter for SAP Database resource caused restart in SAP Instance

Modified Sap Database resource using the below command
# pcs resource update Database_resource_name STRICT_MONITORING=trueAfter executing the above command Sap Instances were all stopped and restarted causing system outage

- Oracle 12c
