How can I have chrooted sftp and ssh/scp enabled for few users?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • I would like to have chrooted sftp and scp enabled for few users. How can this be achieved?
  • User A (and other users, with separate home directories) should be able to SFTP into the ONE server and upload/download files, however not see other directories (chroot type environment). I have this portion already working with individual users chrooted sftp.
User A should be able to SCP a file as well, just like the SFTP except using SCP.
User A should NOT be able to SSH into the server at all. Only SCP and SFTP.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
  • chroot sftp
  • ssh
