What is 'data_directory' in main.cf for postfix
Issue
- When I updated postfix from 2.3.3-2.3.el5_6 to 2.3.3-7.el5, I was aware that /etc/postfix/main.cf.rpmnew was created and it's added the following line.
data_directory = /var/lib/postfix
- What does it mean, and do we need to add the line into my main.cf?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11
- postfix-2.3.3-7.el5
