Issue

During install a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 system as an Hyper-V virtual machine, there's an know issue with LIC (Linux Integration Components):
- without them, you have to use the legacy network adapter that is very slow
- with them, the VM doesn’t detect the CD drive anymore until you force-load manually the ata_piix module (insmod ata_piix)
The problem is known since August 2011 and no solution yet.
