- On Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7, cpupowerutils and cpufrequtils conflict with each other.For example:
# rpm -q cpupowerutils
cpupowerutils-1.2-7.el6.x86_64
# yum install cpufrequtils
..

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
