Emulex be2net NIC fails with Waiting for POST and POST timeout
Issue
- Network ports not being recognized in OS
- Emulex OneConnect
be2netNIC does not bring up its ethX network interface - Following error messages are logged on reboot:

be2net 0000:05:00.0: PCI INT A disabled
be2net 0000:05:00.0: Emulex OneConnect(be3) initialization failed
be2net: probe of 0000:05:00.0 failed with error -1
