[Satellite6] repository syncs fails with `SocketError: getaddrinfo: ..` error

Issue

Repository syncs are reporting warnings saying: "Sync Incomplete"
production.log shows either of the following errors:
- SocketError: getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution
- SocketError: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known
Task details show the sync task failed in Actions::Katello::Repository::ErrataMail subtask with the same error
