Why does Graphical installer not offering an option to disable the firewall in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?

Issue

Installed a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 system using the graphical installer (through VNC).
The installed system has firewalld installed and activated even though there is no option to configure this in the installer.
Kickstart has an option to configure this, why does the graphical installer not have this option?
