How to change Tomcat catalina.out log format?
Issue
- The human-readable SimpleFormatter is usually sufficient for most scenarios. But it will require searching and processing of log messages. Is there any other formatter available that can be configured for catalina.out logs?
- Can the catalina logs be set to be in proper UTC time format which shows the time zone data or counts in epoch format?
