ntpq が失敗して timed out, nothing received および Request timed out エラーが発生する

Issue

• ntpd サービスが実行していますが、以下のように ntpq -p を実行すると失敗します。

  [root@localhost]# ntpq -p
  localhost.localdomain: timed out, nothing received
  ***Request timed out
