High CPU usage spinning Java processes on RHEV manager when integrated with Cloudforms.

Issue

We have a problem with high CPU load caused by a java process on a RHEV manager server. The offending java process takes about 75% of the available CPU capacity on the server (top says 300-350% CPU, on a 4 CPU server).
