Can I use a jar with a web fragment in a JBoss static module in EAP 6?

Issue

We want to use OmniFaces 2.0 with CDI on a web application. Our dependencies use to be in JBoss modules shared among several WARs. Does Jboss module support the inclusion of jars designed as web fragments and that should be included in the WEB-INF/lib folder of the WAR?
