Issue

Hosts - All hostsand choosing any host or inActivation keysmenu results with the error,
Katello::Resources::Candlepin::CandlepinResource: 404 Resource Not Found"
- Resolution to check certificate and private keys permission as per article #1380553 has been followed but still issue remains.
