RHEV: Why the requested resource (/RHEVManager) is not available when starting the Administration Portal?
Issue
The RHEV Administration Portal does not work. When accessing it, it shows:
this is what we get in the browser:
HTTP Status 404 - /RHEVManager
The requested resource (/RHEVManager) is not available.
