Issue
- An attempt to remove a Virtual Machine in OpenStack nova finishes with "ImageBusy" Error
- Virtual Machine sometimes receives "ÏmageBusy" Error and is never deleted in OpenStack Nova.
- OpenStack Nova configured with Ceph backend sometimes doesn't remove the Virtual Machine.
