On a virtualized RHEL 6.2 Server with dual VMXNET3 Network Adapters, network adapters do not configure correctly after reboot
Issue
- Virtualized RHEL6.2 Server with dual VMXNET3 Network Adapters - Fails to configure adapters correctly after reboot
- eth0 Adapter comes up with correct IP Address
- eth1 fails to initialize or is configured with identical IP Address as eth0
- Subsequently running the command "service network restart" clears the issue and configures both adapters correctly.
/var/log/messagesshows adapters are detected as 10Gb by kernel during startup.
