Unable To Create Child Container With Fuse

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

When creating a child container, within a Fabric, you get an error message as follows:

JBossFuse:karaf@root> container-create-child root child2
Creating new instance on SSH port 8102 and RMI ports 1100/44445 at: /home/joeferna/tmp/Foo Bar/jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-133/instances/child2
The following containers have failed:
    child2: null

And the container-list command does not list the child container.

JBossFuse:karaf@root> container-list
[id] [version] [type] [connected] [profiles] [provision status]
root* 1.0 karaf yes fabric success
