Not able to view consumer information on AMQ Console - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

I am running Camel within ActiveMQ and it is connecting to a queue as a consumer with 15 consumers. I am able to see that there are 15 consumers connected and I can view the details on the

queueConsumers.jsp page. However I get the following error when I click on the individual "ClientID" to get additional informantion.
No connection could be found for ID ID:xyz

Why do I see this error? The consumer is processing messages and I don't see any other issues so wondering what this error means and why am I not able to see the details. I don't have this
issue with any other connected consumer to ActiveMQ.
