Issue

  • Attempting to use evolution as email client for users, however there are a lot of warnings on launch of the application.
  • Getting following error when trying to launch evolution from the command line:
(evolution:28310): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: Attempt to add property EShellSettings::cal-hide-completed-tasks after class was initialised
(evolution:28310): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: Attempt to add property EShellSettings::cal-hide-completed-tasks-units-string after class was initialised
(evolution:28310): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: Attempt to add property EShellSettings::cal-hide-completed-tasks-value after class was initialised
(evolution:28310): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: Attempt to add property EShellSettings::cal-marcus-bains-day-view-color after class was initialised
(evolution:28310): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: Attempt to add property EShellSettings::cal-marcus-bains-time-bar-color after class was initialised
