Webservice generated from WSDL with Element in two namespaces generates no namespace on closing tag

Issue

• We have a WSDL with an XML element defined in two namespaces, one of them the nonamespace namespace. We generate classes and work with them. In the WS endpoint - the generated one - we build a response using the element from a named namespace. In the resulting XML send back to the client we see that the opening XML element tag has the namespace but not the closing. I.e. we see something like ... which is obviously wrong.
