rados bench command is failing with no keyring, Why ?

Issue

• rados bench command is failing with no keyring, Why ?
• "rados bench" command issue on data nodes.

We are trying to run this command " rados bench -p data 300 write --no-cleanup && rados bench -p data 300 seq" on our data node.
Out of five nodes, it's able to run on only two node and for other three node it's getting fail.
Error : missing keyring can not use cephx for authentication
