Issue

Gnome login time has become long when ifcfg-ethX configuration changes to static-IP from dhcp.

Resolution

The customer changes /etc/hosts.

before:
127.0.0.1 [hostname] localhost localhost.localdomain

after:
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain
[static IP] [hostname]

Root Cause

The customer's /etc/hosts describes "127.0.0.1 [hostname] localhost localhost.localdomain".
