Kdump fails to start in UEFI mode
Issue
- Kdump fails to start in UEFI mode.
- "/proc/cmdline" shows "crashkernel" parameter even though it has not been mentioned in the grub.conf
- Changes in "grub.conf" are not reflecting in "/proc/cmdline"
