Are the parameter sslVersionMin and sslVersionMax supported in Red Hat Directory Server version 9?

It does not seem possible to configure the parameters sslVersionMin and sslVersionMax in Red Hat Directory Sever, are they supported in Red Hat Directory Server version 9?
