Issue

EAP 6 does not allow runtime changes to resource adapter connections
- see WFLY-4320 for current functionality
Unmanaged deployments ( a placeholder RAR file containing an ironjacamar.xml with connection parameters) are a current workaround, but use case in future EAP versions is not guaranteed.
Need the ability to define resource adapter connections at runtime without having to reload the resource adapter subsystem.
