Issue

When using restrict with IPv6 networks from an older version of ntp.conf after you update to ntp-4.2.6p5 (or later) the ntpd daemon complains about the configuration:

ntpd[12415]: line 42 column 29 syntax error, unexpected T_Mask, expecting T_EOC
ntpd[12415]: syntax error in /etc/ntp.conf line 42, column 29
