NFS Automount not working on one RHEL5.7 server
Issue
- There are five RHEL 5.7 servers which use automount to mount a particular NFS export from a NetApp FAS3240. On four of the five servers, the automount works fine, but on the fifth server it gives the following error in /var/log/messages:
automount[25825]: do_umount_autofs_direct: couldn't get ioctl fd for direct mount /mnt/app/ABCD/files
When attempting to open this mount it gives the following error:
-bash: cd: files: No such file or directory
