Creating ext4 filesystem greater than 2TB hangs on RHEL as Hyper-V guest.
Issue
Unable to create an ext4 filesystem on a partition that is larger than 2TB:
Model: Msft Virtual Disk (scsi)
Disk /dev/sdb: 4295GB
Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/4096B
Partition Table: gpt
