Amount of cached memory in free -m differs from amount in /proc/meminfo

Issue

We are monitoring amount of cached memory in our RHEL-systems using the value in /proc/meminfo.
On our RHEL 7-systems the cached memory value in /proc/meminfo differs from the value that is printed using the "free -m" command.
