Multipath device uuid changing after reconnecting underlying storage device.

Issue

• multipath device uuid changing after reconnecting underlying storage device.
• scsi_id command page 83 output does not match with the device name appearing in multipath -ll command. After the reboot, these two IDs match and change after two to three days.
