Live migration fails on Red Hat OpenStack 5 on RHEL 7 on cinder backed shared nfs storage
Issue
When issuing a # nova live-migration on nfs storage we see an error message stating that live migration can not be used without shared storage similar to below:
ERROR: system.openstack.cloud is not on shared storage: Live migration can not be used without shared storage. (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-f425ce4e-6d64-4cb9-9a9e-ffcb072702ca)
Environment
- Red Hat OpenStack 5.0 on RHEL 7
