How to register root context application with httpd using mod-cluster
Issue
- modcluster module (Advertise off) not loading contexts, produces 503 messages
- When hitting the webserver root in a browser, we get the index page, instead of being forwarded to EAP.
- The mod_cluster-manager view did not contains root context(/).
