Why does journal recovery of a qpid broker take so long when all durable queues are emtpy?
Issue
We noticed that journal recovery during a broker startup (for more journals of bigger size) takes few tens of seconds, despite the durable queues using the journals were emptied before the broker shutdown.
Why journal recovery of empty queues takes so long?
