Optimisation to cache the TransformerImpl objects for the XsltAction results in high memory usage from ESB archive file deployment

Issue

The optimisation to cache the TransformerImpl objects for the XsltActionXsltAction, based on the maxThreads objects causes high memory usage from deployment of ESB archive file
The heap dump shows XsltAction consumes too much memory. In this case about 44MB of memory

Is there any way to workaround this issue ? i.e. keep the setting maxThreads="200", while at the same time reduce the memory usage caused by caching in XsltAction
