Not able to edit Virtual Machine's "Migration Options" when VM is up.

Issue

• It is not possible to change migration configuration of the Virtual Machine whee it is running.
• Following message is shown:

There was an attempt to change VM values while the VM is not down. Please shut down the VM in order to modify these properties.
