After applying R2 patch to JBoss Fuse 6.1 container and deleting "data/" folder, hawtio is not accessible anymore

Issue

We found in the release notes of rollup 2 patch that there is a known issue with removing the data folder:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-2629

We were wondering if it is still the case. For us not being able to remove the data folder makes it more difficult to go back to a "clean" state during development.
