NullPointerException when boundary event has Cancel Activity set to true

Issue

When building a KJAR via command line, which includes process with boundary event and Cancel Activity attribute set to true, the build ends with NullPointerException:

[ERROR] Unable to build KieBaseModel:defaultKieBase
ProcessLoadError: unable to parse xml : Exception class java.lang.NullPointerException : null

[ERROR] Message [id=1, level=ERROR, path=DP178_BeginSecurementReport.bpmn2, line=-1, column=0
   text=unable to parse xml : Exception class java.lang.NullPointerException : null]
