Certificate Verification Failure Loading Custom Cartridge from an internal repository.

Issue

• When attempting to load a custom cartridge from an internal source repository secured with https and an internally generated certificate, is failing

• Internal Git repository is using an custom CA certificate how to we add the CA certificate to the broker so that it can access this repository?

• Creating application with RHC generates the following error

• Error:
  The cartridge manifest at 'https:// internal-git/openshift-test/cart-test/metadata/manifest.yml' could not be downloaded: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed
