subscription-manager config adds autoAttachInterval with incorrect case

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

If the autoAttachInterval is missing from the /etc/rhsm/rhsm.conf file for whatever reason, the following command will add the configuration with incorrect case

# subscription-manager config --rhsmcertd.autoattachinterval=<n>

The arugment added as autoattachinterval will be ignored by the rhsmcertd service when it starts.
When ignored, the rhsmcertd service will fall back to the default of 1440 minutes, which is 24 hours.
