Issue

  • Why many of the PIDs in tasks file under /cgroup relate to processes which are no longer running ?
  • PIDs related to stopped processes should be automatically removed from the tasks file in cgroup.
  • Is this an expected behaviour that PID which does not exist shows under cgroup task ?
  • cgroup tasks file is not emptied when cgroup service is stopped.
