'queue_if_no_path' is missing from the device features in multipath -ll output

Issue

Even though queue_if_no_path is configured in /etc/multipath.conf, this feature does not show up in multipath -ll output after reboot.
multipathd needs to be restarted after reboot before the queue_if_no_path feature is printed in multipath -ll output.
