Why Fabric commands and Containers are not available after applying Linux patch ?

Issue

Server team has applied Linux patch.
After applying the patch user is not able to view fabric in server.
User started application using ./client but after that no fuse directories are available.
This happened in system test environment server where as the same is working in DEV environment after applying the linux patch.
Total 5 fabric servers are there in fabric-ensemble.
