Why delivering count of queue is greater than 0 ?
Issue
- When new messages arrive in queue, they're processed. So there seems to be enough consumers available to handle input. Alas currently "43" messages are
in delivery.:list-messagesCLI command does not list any message. - Why
delivery-countof queue ain't going down to zero ?
