How do I read a kjar file from a WorkItemHandler in BPM Suite 6.1?

Issue

We have a properties file in our kjar and we would like to read it from a WorkItemHandler registered in our business process which is executed in Business Central. When we use the WorkItemHandler classloader I can't read the file. What's wrong?
