efi_no_storage_paranoia doesn't work in RHEL 6.5

- According to RHEL 6.5 technical note, there is a description below for 'efi_no_storage_paranoia':
efi_no_storage_paranoia
Using this parameter you can use more than half of your EFI variable storage.
